When you apply for a role at JobOS Technologies LLC, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, location, LinkedIn profile, résumé, your answers to the application questions, and whether you will need visa sponsorship.
Why we collect it
We use it only to consider you for the role you applied for, and to contact you about that application.
Who sees it
Only the people at JobOS Technologies who are handling hiring. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except the service providers that store and send it for us (our database host and email provider).
How long we keep it
We delete your application and résumé 12 months after you apply, unless you are hired. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your application, email us at the careers address on our careers page. We will respond within 30 days.
